As the investigation is going on at a rapid pace and CBI gathering key evidences to prove the charges against Jagan, Court felt that he shouldn't be granted bail. High Court chief justice Samudrala Govindarajulu has fully agreed with the version of the investigation agency that arresting Jagan is quite legal and needed at this time. While Jetmalani argued that CBI produced false documents to arrest Jagan though he is issued summons to attend before court, HC has ruled it off. Though Jagan promised that he will cooperate with CBI if he is given bail, Court has dismissed his petitions. Jagan was arrested on May 27th and this is the second time his bail plea got rejected.
On the other hand, CBI petition seeking permission to use Narco Analysis Test on Jagan is for hearing today at Nampally Special court.
