Andrea Jeremiah, singer cum actress is being considered for the female lead role in the Telugu remake of Vettai casting Sunil and Naga Chaitanya in the lead roles. Andrea is being considered for Sameera Reddy role in the movie and she will be pairing up with Sunil, who is reprising the role of Madhavan as a coward cop.

Hansika has already been zeroed in for the leading lady role alongside Naga Chaitanya. While Sunil and Naga Chaitanya will be seen as brothers, Andrea and Hansika will be seen as sisters in the film.

Earlier Aksha is in news for the role but now, sources are abuzz that Andrea Jeremiah is finalized. Bellamkonda Suresh is producing the remake and Dolly is the director. Thaman will compose the tunes.
