The petition filed by CBI seeking permission for Narco Analysis Test on YSR Congress chief Jagan came up for hearing in the CBI special court in Nampally.

CBI's counsel reported to the court that both Jagan and his auditor Vijay Sai Reddy were not co-operating with the Investigation sleuths during the interrogation, by claiming that they are innocent. They argued that Narco Analysis test willn't come under human rights violation and also asked both the accused to agree for the test to prove their innocence. The CBI informed that the Narco Test will be conducted under the supervision of doctor and the entire recorded footage will be submitted to the court.

On the other hand, Jagan's counsel raised objections saying that Supreme Court has earlier said not to give permission for Narco Test, if the accused wasn't in favor of it. He also pointed out that Narco Test is harmful to life and might lead to coma. The decision of the CBI Court on the Narco petition is very crucial in Jagan's illegal assets case.
