TDP has taken Kodali Nani's accusations seriously and responded in a stringent way against the Gudivada MLA. MLA Devineni Uma, party secretary Varla Ramaiah and MLC Babu Rajendra Prasad have taken turns to scold their long term associate.

'If Nani hates Naidu and loves NTR, then why did he contest on Telugudesam ticket all these days? He would have walked out long time back if he feels Naidu backstabbed some seniors in the party', said Babu Rajendra Prasad. 'He joined hands with Paritala Ravi's killer and is killing legendary NTR for second time', the MLC accused.

MLA Devineni Uma adds, 'Kodali Nani has just read the script given by Jagan. He will end up in history as a traitor. Gudivada people will hit Nani with stones to shove him out of constituency'.

Party secretary Varla Ramaiah has intensified attack however by saying that Nani should come and fall on Naidu's feet to plead mercy. 'There is no need for Naidu to call someone and talk with him. If Nani is having any problem, he should go and convey that to high-command' he said. 'But, he went to Lotus Pond and Chanchalguda defying the rules set by party and what explanation he needs now regarding suspension. No court will entertain his petitions', he stressed.
