Jagathi Publications vice-chairman and Jagan's auditor Vijay Sai Reddy filed a defamation suit against TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu, Eenadu group chairman Ramoji Rao and Telugu Desam MLA Dadi Veerabhadra Rao for making baseless allegations against him. 

In his petition, Vijay Sai alleged that Eenadu is publishing false reports to tarnish his image and CBI which is investigating the Jagan assets case has been leaking the information to the Media Houses. He further added that both Chandrababu and Dadi were targetting YSR Congress chief Jagan, as they couldn't agree the growing popularity of the Kadapa MP.  

Vijay Sai pointed out an article published in Eenadu on June 9 with the title 'Ghori+Ghajini=Jagan', as the one used to malign the image of YSRC President using the news daily. The auditor also clarified that he is not a binami of the land allotted by the state government to Nelcast company, as alleged by TDP and Eenadu.
