Tollywood renowned producer Suresh Babu is known for his business acumen. Now, this filmmaker is trying to expand his business empire and he has chosen real-estate as the best option.

As per the sources, Suresh Babu has joined hands with TDP leader and NTR's close friend Vallabhaneni Vamsi to built a luxury resort and multiple villas. Around 150 acres of land has already been identified in the city outskirs near outer ring road for this project which would cost Rs. 200 crore. The work of the project will start very soon and it is expected to be completed with an year from now.
