Minister Pinipe Vishwaroop has said that his son Krishna was not listening to his advise and he had met the YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in jail, without his knowledge. It may be mentioned here that his son Krishna had met YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in jail during ‘mulaqath’ few days ago.

Speaking to the media in the Assembly premises after Ramachandrapuram MLA Thota Trimurthulu’s oath taking ceremony at Speaker’s chamber here on Friday, Vishwaroop said that the ministers who joined YSRCP didn’t achieve anything and his son too will not achieve anything by joining YSRCP.

He made it clear that he will not join YSRCP and the media reports against him were rumors only. “I will not join YSRCP at any cost”, he said.

He said that he predicted the Ramachandrapuram result one month prior to the bye-election. He said that East Godavari district leaders have achieved what they said earlier. He said that he will contest from Amalapuram constituency in the coming general elections, and he was ready to contest for MLA seat or MP seat if the high command ordered.

Another minister Thota Narasimham has said that the united work has assured the victory of Thota Trimurthulu in Ramachandrapuram constituency. He said they moved forward with a pucca plan and it assured them victory. He said that the State government’s welfare schemes and its functioning also were the reasons for the victory of the Congress in Ramachandrapuram.
