RGV Disappointed with Department

Ram Gopal Varma has made wonderful films in the past and played a huge role in taking Indian cinema a step closer to world cinema. However, the genius director has fallen into the trap of silly filmmaking methods and useless techniques. He has been buying flops in the recent times with his eccentric thought process. The rogue methodology applied for Department bombed big time.
Weird camera angles and horrible framings have made this film an unbearable watch for the audiences. Even cult RGV fans are disappointed with this and believe that the era of RGV has finally come to an end. When Mani Ratnam is still being highly respected filmmaker by making quality films, Varma is demeaning himself with cheap quality movies.
Department has shattered the hopes of Rana Daggubati, Lakshmi Manchu and Mandhu Shalini who believed that this film would bring them super success. Likes of Amitabh and Sanjay Dutt didn't save the film from being a debacle. It has just netted 2.5 crores on the opening day in entire India. RGV, it's time to quit, is what that number reads!
