Jagan Goes Gali Way! His Fate In Doubt

YS Jagan's business strategies seem completely different from what Gali Janardhan Reddy has followed till date. But, coming to the tackling of legal cases against his illegal assets, the YSR party chief is mimicking his erstwhile friend.
To defend his bail petition in the court, Gali Janardhan Reddy earlier flew in high profile lawyers and law experts in a special airplane. Like way, Jagan's group has also roped in the famous Supreme Court's lawyers Ram Jethmalani, Mukul Rohatgi and Tulsi for an exorbitant price to argue with the CBI counsel DL Ravindranath. Law experts feel that everything is in the hands of 'law' but not these lawyers they rope in. Chances for Jagan to get remanded to 10 days of CBI custody, looks inevitable in this case.
Arguments of CBI are very strong in the case before they filed a petition seeking 14 days of Jagan custody. The prime allegation is that Jagan is not cooperating with them for interrogation and CBI has submitted a video CD as evidence. They accused that late CM YSR has helped him many ways to get investments as a quid pro quo by doling out favour to private parties through assigning SEZ lands. CBI stated that 300 crores of people's money is misused in VANPIC deals. For now, Jagan's fate is in doubt!!!
