We all know that Mani Ratnam is doing a romantic love story as his next film. The move has been titled as 'Kadal'. It would be a bilingual that will be made simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. 'Kadali' is the title under consideration for Telugu version.

Mani Ratnam is introducing veteran actor Karthik's son Gautham as hero and Samanta is the female lead. News is that regular shoot of the movie will commence from 23 of this month, mean while the makers are revealed the first look poster of this film and raised the curiosity. 

This will be Maniratnam's Love story after his evergreen romantic film 'Sakhi'. Arjun, Arvind Swamy will be seen in key roles in Kadal. AR Rahman is composing music for Kadal, Cinematography by Rajiv Menon, Editing by Sreekar Prasad and Maniratnam producing this movie under his own banner Madras Talkies.
